Stuntin How to Land Stunts

The takeoff and landing rules that turn explosions into clean wheels-down touches.

How to Land Stuntin Jumps

Every Stuntin thumbnail is a car in the air. The skill is the landing. This is the how-to-land / how-to-complete-the-ramp guide. Bind your camera first using controls, then come here with one map and ten retries. Do not open a new car from the vehicle tier list until you can repeat a clean touch on the same ramp.

The three numbers that matter

You cannot see stats on the HUD, but you can feel three things:

  1. Entry speed — enough to leave the lip, not enough to become a missile.
  2. Nose angle — slightly down relative to the landing plate, never sky-high.
  3. Landing length — the plate must exist. If the author did not place it, no technique saves you. Leave and pick another map from how to play.

If you explode, ask which of the three failed before you mash reset.

Takeoff

Approach in a straight line. Steer corrections on the last meters of a ramp add roll in the air. Ease throttle as you reach the crest so the suspension unloads instead of launching the bumper. Pulse boost at the lip only if the ramp is too short to clear the gap. Holding boost from the bottom of a tall kicker is the green-car explosion in the official art — fun screenshot, bad run.

On wavy red-white tracks like the yellow-car thumbnail, treat each hump as a mini-lip. Do not boost every wave. Let the rhythm carry you; add a pulse only on the last hump before a real gap.

Air time

Look at the landing, not the car. Small steer inputs. If the nose is high, tap brake or let off throttle if the patch still maps those in the air. If the nose is very low, a touch of throttle can lift it. Giant stick flicks will barrel-roll you into the kill volume.

Do not reverse in the air. Do not reset until you are sure you missed the plate. Some maps have a catch lane you cannot see until the camera catches up.

Landing

Wheels first, both sides as even as you can. If one wheel hits early, the car carts. After contact, do not boost. You need the tires to bite. Boost on contact is how you bounce into a barrier. Straighten, then accelerate toward the next piece.

If the plate is downhill, you can land hotter. If it is uphill or a wave, you must arrive slower. Builders who ignore this should read how to build maps — but as a driver, you still have to adapt.

Vehicle choice for learning

Heavier, grippier bodies forgive a sloppy nose. Light sports cars photograph better and punish you. While learning, pick a mid car from the vehicle tier list. Switch to the flashy yellow once the landing is boring.

Practice recipe

  1. Find a featured map with a single obvious kicker and a long orange or grey plate — similar to the high-risk ramp art.
  2. Run it until you can land three times in a row without reset.
  3. Add one boost pulse. If you start exploding again, the pulse is too early.
  4. Only then try a loop. Loops are landings on a curve; they are not a different game.

Five focused minutes here beat thirty minutes of random playlists.

When the physics patch overnight

Alpha tuning will change hang time. If a ramp that was free yesterday yeets you today, read alpha notes and lower entry speed before you blame the binds. Do not install a “no clip landing” script. The scripts safety page exists because those tools skip the only mechanic worth learning.

How this feeds building and racing

Once you can land, you will build longer plates and you will stop placing two kickers in a row. You will also stop boosting into your friend in a 50-player race — see how to race friends. Landing is the shared language of Stuntin. Everything else is decoration.

Return to getting started if you still do not know where Play lives, to controls if the camera never shows the plate, or to play on mobile if the thumbs are the problem.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Stuntin questions.

Why do I explode on every Stuntin ramp?

Usually full boost plus a nose-up landing. Ease throttle at the crest, look at the plate, and do not boost on contact.

Should I boost on wavy tracks?

Only on the last hump before a real gap. Boosting every wave makes the car a missile.

Does car choice change landings?

Yes. Heavier bodies forgive sloppy angles. Learn on a mid-tier car, then move to light sports cars.

The landing is missing. Is that me?

No. Leave the map. The author did not test. Sort by likes next time.
